Evidence Focus: Taskforce/committee charter; defined roles (AI Lead, Data Owner, Business Sponsor, Ethics Lead); meeting records; documented authority to approve and stop AI investments.
D1.3AI roadmap, resourcing and portfolio prioritisation
Evidence Focus: Live roadmap with dates and owners; budget and headcount plans tied to roadmap; evidence of roadmap revision following delivery or strategy change.
D1.4AI policy framework and acceptable use
Evidence Focus: Published AI acceptable-use policy; approval workflow for new AI tools; staff acknowledgement records; enforcement and exception evidence.
